The S 22-T is a great Softening Blending Scissor. It will cut both wet and dry hair well. Made from Japanese VG-10 Steel, this shear features 22 micro serrated cutting teeth for softening while blending or texturizing, depending on your desired result. It also features an "on the fly dial" for fast and easy tension adjustments without the need for a tool / key with internal ball bearings for smoothness.
