The L 14-T is a great Texture Scissor for a low cost. It will cut both wet and dry hair well. Made from VG-10 Steel, it features 14 flat-edge cutting teeth for soft texturizing, that breaks up straight lines and creates movement. It also features a low-profile screw design with internal ball bearings.
