The S 21-T is a great Softening Scissor for a low cost. It will cut both wet and dry hair well. Made from 440C Steel, it features 21 flat-edge cutting teeth for softening for either blending or texturizing, depending on your desired result. It also features a low-profile screw design with internal ball bearings.
